  • As a twin NICU mum and trained postpartum doula, I am here to help your family feel grounded through your own unique NICU journey. Alongside you, I be a safe space between heartache and love, provide guidance through the NICU (including terms, routines and what to expect), be a comforting presence for you when you need connection or a listening ear, on-call support whenever you have questions or need reassurance, help you navigate your place as a NICU parent, and provide support as you transition home from the NICU. I am here to hold you, so you can make space to hold your baby(s).

  • No matter where you are, you’re not alone. I offer virtual pregnancy postpartum and NICU support to families outside of Vancouver, designed to feel personal and connected.

    This can include real-time text support, scheduled FaceTime or Zoom check-ins, customized care plans, and evidence-based guides to help you feel informed and supported every step of the way. Whether you're in the NICU, recently home, or settling into life with your newborn, virtual support meets you where you are—literally and emotionally.
