No! This is not a method where there will be a quick fix overnight, where we enforce separation, crying, or the theory of letting the baby self soothe.
Our focus is on nurturing your connection with baby to bring more rest & peace to the home by offering sleep practices that allow for parental responsiveness to distress and support caregivers in building secure attachments to ensure the child feels safe and supported (and in turn ready to rest!). We are bringing a new vibe to the world of infant sleep - normalizing biologically normal sleep patterns.
