INVESTMENT | starting from $300

Designed with the emotional support, education + empathy desired with any pregnancy, high risk pregnancy, bedrest/antepartum hospital stay or first time parent in mind. Alongside you, we’ll create a support plan that meets your families needs - this may include:

  • Virtual or in person connections

  • Text/email support for guidance in the moment (until birth)

  • A copy of our postpartum guides (feeding, healing, self care, postpartum favourites + more) and/or NICU guide as desired

  • Handouts and guides tailored to your family's needs

  • Creation of a birth plan: including contingency planning for NICU and higher-level care as desired or general NICU education

  • Connecting to additional resources in the community for prenatal + postpartum

  • Nesting or antepartum support + suggestions (hospital bag, home baby prep, hospital room bedrest prep, + more)

  • Lactation education

  • Meal prep + nutrition guidance

  • Postpartum planning

INVESTMENT | STARTING FROM $600

Together we will create a postpartum plan that feels good to the needs and wishes of your family, creating space for healing, nourishment, baby care + overall village support for your entire family. Support may include:

  • 30 minute virtual/phone consultation

  • Postpartum visits to be scheduled minimum 3 hours per visit

    • Option for NICU or medical follow up appointment assistance

  • Text/email support for guidance in the moment

  • A copy of our postpartum guides (feeding, healing, self care, postpartum favourites + more)

  • Handouts and guides tailored to your family's needs

  • Connecting to additional resources in the community for postpartum

  • Meal prep, grocery shopping + nutrition guidance

  • Emotional maternal support in processing birth + parenthood

  • Physical infant care + guidance (feeding, pumping, soothing, sleep + more)

  • Rebirthing home bath (sacred bath to recreate birth, promoting bonding, improve infant lactation, or heal from birth traumas for both mum or baby)
